Ricardo was very friendly and had good information about the area. We wanted to go snorkelling. He told us that he would check out the condition (tides and clarity of the water) and let us know if it would be good for snorkelling. He emailed that we should go so we did - but when we got there, it was completely murky. We basically turned around and came back but he charged us almost the full price. He'd been out that morning whale-watching so he might have known that the water wasn't clear enough but took us anyhow.
